Our BBQ sauce can be used to brush on all types of food when barbequing, from vegetables to steaks. Alternatively it can be used as a dipping sauce and instead of ketchup. We serve it on our pork burger with onion rings and cheddar cheese.

| 300ml ketchup | 6 tbsp Malt Vinegar |
| 1 Medium Onion | 2 tbsp Brown Sugar |
| 1 Clove Garlic | 2 tbsp English Mustard |
| 1 tbsp Chilli Powder |
Cooking Method
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pan. Avoid using an aluminium pan as the aluminium will react with the vinegar, tainting the sauce.
- Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and allow to cool before serving.
