Lemon Sole Goujons
Strips of fresh lemon sole coated in breadcrumbs, gently deep fried, served with lemon dipping mayonnaise and fresh salad leaves.

Lamb Kofta
Valans lamb kofta served with our own hummus and a cucumber, mint yoghurt and onion salsa.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese, garlic and dry roasted peanuts, lightly coated in batter, deep fried and served with tomato dressing.

Main Courses

Beef Stroganoff
Strips of Welsh fillet steak and mushrooms pan fried with spices, flamed with brandy and reduced with fresh cream, served with rice and Valans fries.

Duck Confit
Slow cooked duck leg served with roasted sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables and honey gravy.

Grilled Salmon & Squid
Fillet of boneless salmon, grilled and served on bacon cabbage with sautéed potatoes, flash fried squid and herb dressing.

Beetroot & Goat's Cheese Tart
Valans made pastry tart filled with a layer of sweet onion marmalade, diced fresh beetroot and topped with Welsh goat's cheese, baked in the oven and served with beetroot and horseradish purée, steamed vegetables and potatoes of your choice.
