All the dishes on our menus are created in the Valans kitchen by our team of chefs from raw ingredients and are 100% ‘Valans-made’. We don’t buy-in sauces, stocks or frozen ready prepared ingredients. All our vegetables are steamed to order. We are proud to serve you freshly prepared dishes, cooked to order using the finest quality ingredients sourced exclusively from within Wales.
Some of our dishes may contain nuts, nut products and free range eggs. If you have a food allergy or any concerns regarding ingredients please let us know prior to ordering.
