Gower Salt Marsh Lamb
Nestling by Weobley Castle on the Gower peninsula, Gower salt marsh lambs are born, bred and grazed on the salt marshes to give the lamb it’s unique and delicious flavour.
We came across Gower Salt Marsh Lamb purely by chance when visiting Weobley Castle with our children one summer. We now collect our lamb directly from Rowland at Weobley Castle Farm where it is butchered and packaged, enabling us to select each cut of lamb personally.
The lamb has won numerous awards including Gold at the Great Taste Awards 2009 and a National Trust Fine Farm Produce Award in 2007.

Hurns Beer Company
Based in Swansea and brewing the Tomos Watkins range of beers, Hurns supply us with the strong Celtic cider “Taffy Apples”, Tomos Watkins “1879” lager and “Cwrw Braf” bitter, as well their bottled Welsh "Magic" lager and guest bottled ales.
