BBQ Sauce

Our BBQ sauce can be used to brush on all types of food when barbequing, from vegetables to steaks. Alternatively it can be used as a dipping sauce and instead of ketchup. We serve it on our pork burger with onion rings and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
300ml ketchup 6 tbsp Malt Vinegar
1 Medium Onion 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Clove Garlic 2 tbsp English Mustard
1 tbsp Chilli Powder

Cooking Method

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a pan. Avoid using an aluminium pan as the aluminium will react with the vinegar, tainting the sauce.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the pan and allow to cool before serving.
