Pork Kofta
Valans made mild spiced pork kofta served with a tomato and chilli chutney.
Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese, garlic and dry roasted peanuts, lightly coated in batter, deep fried and finished with tomato dressing.
King Prawn Salad
Shelled king prawns lightly fried with chilli and garlic butter and mixed with a chopped salad and topped with crispy bacon.

Main Courses
Beef Cheeks & Yorkshire Pudding
Slow cooked beef cheeks in a rich red wine gravy with horseradish mash, steamed vegetables and a Valans Yorkshire pudding.
Salmon en Croûte
A Valans puff pastry parcel filled with boneless salmon, baked in the oven and served with sauté potatoes, steamed vegetables and a butter sauce.
Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with leeks, peppers and mushrooms and served with creamy garlic potatoes, steamed vegetables and tomato sauce.
Beetroot & Goat's Cheese Tart
Valans made short crust pastry tart filled with a layer of onion marmalade, fresh beetroot and goat's cheese, baked in the oven and served with steamed vegetables, wild mushrooms and your choice of potato.

Rhubarb Crumble
Valans made rhubarb crumble served with your choice of Valans vanilla ice cream or custard.
Vanilla Cheesecake
Valans made vanilla cheesecake served with fresh Hereford strawberries.
Lemon Meringue Sundae
Valans vanilla ice cream layered with lemon posset, crumbled meringue and topped with lightly whipped fresh cream.
