Shreds of Welsh beef with mushrooms, spring onions, peppers and noodles served in a soy and sweet chilli sauce.

Valans made fishcakes served with Dijon dressed salad leaves and lemon wedge.

Chicken Liver Pâté
Valans made smooth chicken liver pâté served with our orange and redcurrant sauce and toasted Valans made bread and butter.

Beef in Guinness
Chunks of prime Welsh beef slow cooked in a rich Guinness sauce, served with steamed fresh vegetables, new potatoes and a cheese pastry round.

Salmon
Boneless fillet of fresh salmon served on spring onion crushed potatoes with steamed fresh vegetables and our butter sauce.

Chicken Supreme
Pan fried chicken supreme served with white wine, shallot and mushroom sauce, steamed fresh vegetables and your choice of potato.

Mushroom Stroganoff
Sliced mushrooms and onions pan fried with spices, flamed with brandy and reduced with fresh cream, served with rice and your choice of potato.
