Pea & Ham Soup
Valans made pea and ham soup served with crisped Carmarthen ham and mint croutons.
Salmon Fishcakes
Valans salmon fishcakes made with organic Scottish salmon served on a chicory salad with tomato salsa.
Thai Chicken Skewer
Valans made chicken skewer flavoured with ginger, coriander and mild chillies, pan fried and served with a pot of honey, soy and lime dressing.

Main Course Roast Platter
A sharing platter filled with;
Roast rump of Welsh beef and Yorkshire puddings.
Roast supremes of chicken stuffed with sage and onion.
Roast joint of spring lamb with mint sauce.
Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, butter glazed carrots, spring cabbage, cauliflower cheese, steamed vegetables of the day, boats of rich Valans stock gravy and creamed horseradish.

Lemon Meringue Roulade
Our meringue roulade rolled around lemon posset, fresh whipped cream and crumbled shortbread, served with lemon sauce.
Soft Chocolate Pudding
A baked chocolate pudding with a soft gooey centre and served warm with Valans vanilla ice cream.
Rhubarb Crumble
A baked rhubarb crumble served with your choice of Valans vanilla ice cream or custard.
Strawberry, Fruit & White Chocolate Pavlova
An individual Pavlova topped with fresh whipped cream, fresh strawberries, fresh mixed fruit and finished with flakes of white chocolate.
