Main Courses
Fish Crumble
Chunks of fish and broccoli in a parsley sauce, topped with our parmesan crumble.
Garlic Chicken
Chicken breast coated in breadcrumbs and grilled with nour garlic and herb butter.
Beef Meatballs
Valans made beef meatballs cooked in a mildly spiced tomato sauce and served with rice.
Mushroom Stroganoff
Mushrooms pan fried with onions and spices, flamed with brandy and reduced with fresh cream.
